About
Hi there! I’m Avery Ember Day, a designer who believes every great idea begins as a simple sketch in a notebook. Art and creativity captured my heart early on, and since my school days, I was rarely seen without a sketchbook in hand. High school was spent immersed in painting, sculpting, and dedicated portfolio art classes, leading me to proudly earn five National Art Honor Society medals. In college, I embraced the digital side of art and design, earning my Bachelor of Science in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University. Digital design revealed an exciting new world where my passion for art could blend seamlessly with purposeful design. I quickly fell in love with the magic of curating aesthetics, designing accessible and engaging visuals, and turning abstract ideas into vibrant, impactful realities. Today, I specialize in crafting empathetic, clear, and purposeful brand identities. My approach is simple: listen deeply, design thoughtfully, and ensure each visual solution genuinely reflects my client’s unique story. I’m committed to creating designs that not only look great but resonate authentically. When I’m not designing, you might find me exploring local coffee shops, experimenting with new digital illustration techniques, or planning my next creative adventure. I’m excited to hear about your vision and collaborate to bring your ideas to life!
